Redirect non www to www using routs.php

I'm trying to redirect non www page to www within rout.php because I don't have redirect file in my installation.
I have added $route['http://peakantifreeze.ru/'] = 'http://www.peakantifreeze.ru/'; to routs.php but no result.

Routes only work with the URI information and disregard the domain info. So, for example:
$route['about/my_old_page'] = 'about/my_new_page';
For what you are wanting to do, I'd recommend using .htaccess:
